22. Jane Miller (Simon , Simon ) was born about 1710. She died in 1774.

Jane married Thomas Hord son of John Hord. Thomas was born on 7 Sep 1701. He died in 1766.

They had the following children:

	28	F	v	Rhodin Hord was born on 4 May 1740.
	29	F	vi	Susan Hord was born on 23 Apr 1742. She died in 1799.
	30	F	vii	Mary Hord was born on 27 Sep 1744.
	31	F	viii	Agnes Hord was born on 22 Oct 1747.
	32	F	ix	Jesse Hord was born on 31 Oct 1749. She died in 1814.

23. Simon Miller III Capt. (Simon , Simon ) was born about 1708 in Essex County, Richmond, VA. He died in 1785 in Bedford County , VA.

He moved to Caroline County, VA from Richmond County and Essex County about 1722 and settled near Port Royal. The deed and will records of Caroline County were destroyed during the Civil War, but the order books and chancery records are preserved, showing Simon Miller to be a prominent figure in the early days of the County.

In 1753 his name appeared on the roll of officers in Essex County as Captain of Foot Infantry, Colonial Militia, order book and chancery records of Caroline County.

Between 1765 and 1770 he moved west to Bedford County, VA with his entire family and deposed of various personal effect:.

He was on the committee from Bedford in 1775.

Will book 1 page 490 Bedford County, VA., Russell Parish, mentions his wife Ann Miller and sons and daughters.

He was on the committee from Bedford in 1775.

The DAR has already accepted this Simon Miller as an ancestor. His Brother Capt. William Miller was our ancestor. They have his age and marriage wrong, DAR lineage book Vol. 83 page 23 #82059; Vol. 199 page 114 # 99387 and many others.

Simon married Ann Roberson Bell in 1750. Ann was born in 1729 in Bedford, Virginia, USA. She died in 1795 in Bedford, Virginia, USA.
